I came to Bay ridge Toyota with a bump on my near new passenger side front tire . I dealt with both Ryan the service manager and Sonny F the service advisor . Ryan was very helpful and professional and reasonable . Sonny was extremely accommodating and understanding and truly treated me like a family . Car was ready earlier than promised. Great experience here. I will come here from another borough for any/all of my future service needs .

Update: The team reached out to me and convinced me to come back in to do an inspection and make sure it wasn’t a more serious problem in the car. I was still admittedly annoyed that I had to carve out a Saturday to come in when I fixed the issue already but I did come in because I knew I would appreciate the peace of mind. They saw me without a wait, let me observe the oil change and inspection, confirmed the issue was what I suspected, and took full ownership of the mistake that occurred at the last service. They did a great job dealing with my attitude and I got to learn some stuff from the technician. I appreciated the car wash also! Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone takes accountability. The way they handled the situation definitely earned my respect and appreciation again. I will be coming back for all my maintenance.

Just had my regular car maintenance done here today. Everyone was friendly and polite. Lindsey was patient and didn’t keep me waiting long. The customer lounge was comfortable and provided coffee. A smooth experience.

Have not been to the dealer’s service center for a few years and was quite surprised as to how things have changed. Very clean garage, helpful personnel, appointments adhered to. Waiting area was large, with a big screen TV, complimentary coffee and popcorn and comfortable seating. Spotless bathrooms. Parts department was very helpful and the fellow really went out of his way for me. My only issue: when the fellow was going over possible recommendations as to the work that needed to be done, I noticed one license plate bulb was needed replacement. One of those tiny bulbs. The charge would be: $98. No, I did not omit a decimal. NINETY EIGHT DOLLARS. I took a photo of the suggested work, with prices, paid for my oil change, drove to Auto Zone, paid $8.70 for a package of TWO bulbs and installed it myself. myself. Now I realize the dealer charges more and accept it as fact. But this bulb cost them a star.

I went for 5000 miles tune-up service at the Bayridge Toyota service center, and making an appointment was super easy. I dropped the car at 8 a.m., and the service was done by 10 am. During the wait time, I was asked when the car was dropped and who was working on the car. Mohammed was my service agent, and he was super helpful during the entire process.
