I had a great experience at this tire shop. The staff was professional, friendly, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Prices were fair, and my car was ready sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I caught a flat tire last night and called several shops in the area, in which most of them were closed. 11th Avenue Tire Shop was “far” from where I was, given the flat tire, but I had no choice but to drive to them and get the tire plugged, or so I thought. LOL. They were the only ones open at that hour. We finally arrive and are attended to quite quickly. The car is jacked up, wheel taken off and inspected and it is suggested to get a new tire instead of plugging it because driving to the tire shop ended up damaging the tire. LOL. Payment was smooth and easy and we were outta there in at most, half an hour. I hate to have been in that situation, but such is life and it is good to have a shop that is open 24 hours and has great service.
