Terrible attitude toward customers! Today we chose this café for breakfast. It looks nice inside and presents itself as a trendy coffee shop, but it absolutely does not live up to that image. Their prices are quite high, yet the coffee was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a Cafe Detorre for $7 and got powdered instant coffee instead of freshly brewed coffee. I also ordered the Monte Cristo panini, which had cheap plastic-like cheese that stuck to the roof of my mouth and some kind of low-quality deli meat. It gave me a very strong impression that they cut corners on absolutely everything while still charging premium prices. Disgusting treatment of customers. Also, be prepared that if you decide to sit at one of their outdoor tables just to rest for a moment, they will chase you away and won’t allow you to sit unless you order something. Last time, an older woman with bleached hair — who I assume is the owner because she’s there often — kicked me out. I will never come back to this place again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Very sorry to say that I had worst experience a this cafe recently. Been living in Bayridge for the past 5+ years, this cafe has to do better. No way this is how you serve food after forgetting the order, and then bringing it out burnt and 30+minute late

My happy place! I’ve come here to study, spend a cozy date night with my husband, even to celebrate my birthday Gilmore Girls style, and every time it has been such a pleasant experience. My husband recently spilled his drink all over the table, and everyone there including the owner, got up to help and even made him another latte. The staff is consistently warm and welcoming and their seasonal menu is always a treat! They’ve certainly earned a customer for life.

I was drawn in by the cozy design visible from 3rd Ave, hoping for a pleasant break. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. The **Almond Delight** was syrup-heavy and nearly undrinkable. I ordered an espresso shot to try and cut the sweetness, but the resulting drink was still unbearable, forcing me to leave more than half of it behind. It was also frustrating that, despite dining in, they only provided a disposable cup without a lid, instead of a proper coffee mug.

Such a cute spot! I love how late they stay open as well. The staff was kind, I ordered a smoothie (Banana/Strawberry w/ yogurt) it was really tasty! The ice latte my friend got was really good too, whatever caramel syrup they use is really sweet and amazing. It can get pretty busy here but I went during a slower hour, great spot!
