So let me tell you about this very unique new pizzeria in Brooklyn I am a pizza snob and I take Pizza very seriously but lately I haven’t been able to eat it because they’re using ingredients that I can’t eat anymore, but enter Annabella pizzeria. The sign outside, beckoning me to come in as I was driving by I noticed it said sourdough and no preservatives, and that immediately caught my attention so went inside and Ana, who runs the establishment with her husband, proceeded to educate me on the quality of their ingredients that they use first of all, they import the flower from Italy. The olive oil is all cold pressed and pure. The tomatoes are also from Italy and the sourdough starter and recipe which everything including the cinnamon rolls are made from is absolute perfection the dough and the pizza both the Sicilian and the regular slices has a soft chewy slightly crunchy texture that is so much better than what we’re used to having in the area. Now they do have a lot of different flavors that are unique including a curry pizza and eggplant pizza to name but a few, but we opted for the vodka sauce, Sicilian and the fresh mozzarella. Margarita, pizzas listen I don’t like to gush over pizzerias, but this is so much more there’s so much love so much precision and thought put into making this pizza. It’s exceptionally delicious. I recommend highly to give it a try, especially if you have problems with chemicals which they do not use. They are very conscious of what they put in it and that is what makes it so spectacular.! Thank you thank you and bravo!

The new addition to Bay Ridge looks very promising. They have a wide variety of pizzas to choose from, all sourdough. I ordered a few slices, and they were all excellent. They also have cinnamon rolls with some delicious toppings. The ones I tried (tiramisu and blueberry) were super yummy. There are more menu items to come in the future, and I can't wait to try them all.

The pizza is sooo delicious!! We tried three different slices between me and my partner and they were all amazing! Every ingredient tastes so fresh!! And personally I loved the crust on every slice I had!! We also got cinnamon rolls, blueberry for him and I got biscoff. Also amazing and so very flavorful, just the right amount of sweet and so fluffy! I can't wait to go back and try more! Also service is awesome! They are so warm, friendly and kind. They answered all our questions! 10/10 recommend!!

Everything about this place rocks. The pizza is delicious, the owners are amazing, and the vibe is beyond welcoming. My wife and I have already been here twice, and the roasted vegetable slice is definitely a standout, while the vodka sauce (on our Detroit style pie) is out of this world good. Would recommend again and again. PS. Don’t sleep on the cinnamon rolls made in house.

So excited to see this place opened! You’re first greeted warmly when you walk in and the decor is tasteful and wonderfully done. They’ve got their pizza displayed on the left towards the back and (more importantly for me) all different kinds of flavors of cinnamon rolls on the right. If you have nut allergies, might want to avoid or call ahead to check any possibility of cross contamination since some of the cinnamon rolls have nut toppings and are displayed together with others. They import their ingredients, and everything tastes fresh and the high quality of their ingredients shines through in the delicious flavors. The pizza is surprisingly light (not oily), which is a huge plus for me. Crust was perfectly crisp but not hard, tomato sauce was perfectly tart (but not sour!) and fresh, with the perfect amount of cheese (although you can never have too much). I’ve only tried the plain cinnamon roll so far but it’s probably one of the best I’ve had. The roll itself is so soft and tastes amazing. The frosting (glaze?) is so good too, and kind of reminds me of condensed milk rather than just a plain sugary frosting. 10/10 would devour again. They’ve definitely got some growing pains since it’s only their second day open today. No phone or online orders yet so the staff can get into the flow of handling in-store orders first. Their display only shows Sicilian cut slices (squares) but they can also make round pies if you want it. All in all, I’m so glad they’ve finally opened and I’m really looking forward to their long and prosperous stay in the neighborhood!
