Very good shop, once you take your car to them you won’t be able to take it anywhere else, very experienced mechanics that don’t give up, they swapped a 2013 VW’s engine,radiator,alternator, timing cover with everything else that comes with it successfully over a year ago and oh my, you don’t feel the difference, especially Patrick a very patient and caring individual along with all the other mechanics in there 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Services takes a bit of time in there but as you’d expect from trustworthy shop, they are a busy ..

I had a persistent problem with my car. No one understood why it was happening. I took it to Patrick at third Avenue auto and he understood in two minutes. Worked on it for days and charge me an unbelievable price if I ever need help again I will come in from Jersey to see Patrick.

This automotive shop is staffed by highly professional individuals. I brought my Volkswagen Tiguan, to a very kind, communicative, attentive and the right place. Patrick was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. He is one of the most dedicated individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They charge egregiously high prices and treat informed customers with open hostility. They rely on the fact that many locals in Bay Ridge don’t question the bill, feel awkward negotiating, or keep coming back just because the shop’s been around for years. That doesn’t make them trustworthy, it just makes them comfortable ripping people off. There are plenty of solid, honest auto shops in Bay Ridge. Don’t be afraid to shop around. You’ll get better prices and better service elsewhere. The high rating they have is a joke, and they probably won’t care about this review anyway, since business keeps rolling in.
