Loved Yoga Box Sculpt Classes! Such a fun, high-energy class that gives you an amazing workout while still feeling really welcoming. The instructor was motivating without being intimidating, the music kept the energy up, and I left feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished. The studio was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great. I’ll definitely be back!

Love YogaBox prospect heights!! The instructors are always so welcoming and accommodating, and the classes are both intense yet rewarding! I’d totally recommend for anyone interested in learning about yoga or sculpt and the studio is clean and cute!!

Yoga Box has mastered the balance of making a difficult workout incredibly fun. The dimly lit room creates an inclusive atmosphere. The instructors are welcoming and high-energy, keeping the entire room motivated. The class is highly challenging, perfectly fusing yoga flows with light weights and cardio bursts in a heated room.You will leave drenched and sore, yet completely energized.
