The best in the business and very responsible. Joe and team are amazing and response time is quick! Always makes time to come out and see what is going on. My mom, sister and I have been using this company for years. Yesterday mom’s water heater went out. Max came to check it out and helped me in getting the warranty process going and explained to me what to do. Today hopefully it will get replaced by a member of Joe’s team. Shout out to “Anna” who does an outstanding job at getting someone to come and also for answering any and all questions.

So I have used this company before and they did amazing work. I will never use them again and here's why. Approximately 3 weeks ago I came home to a note on my door that a RR truck had backed into my brand new personal vehicle. The note provided this information truck # 16423 and lic plate 48365NE. I understand accidents happen. I called RR and I was assured that someone would call me back within a couple of hrs and this case would be prioritized. Here we are 3 weeks later, no call, no reimbursement, no nothing. I've lost all respect for this company. This is not the way to handle matters like this.

Sal was very efficient and very, very knowledgeable! He knows his work very well ! He deserves a big raise. He's professional and friendly.I would definitely have him back for any plumbing issues. Note: It was very pricey! I mean, pricey. The labor alone was almost $700. But, It was fixed.

Rob and Yarfi Did an excellent job on my boiler plumbingrepair. They were quite courteous friendly and explained everything. They arrived at 11 AM and left at 9:04 PM. The job was done wonderfully to buy a satisfaction. I would recommend these Associates from Roto-Rooter anytime. $9800 seems like a hell of a lot for the boiler pipe repair, but it is what it is at least I won’t have this issue again. The 4 stars only pertains to the price. But Plumber Roto-Rooter associates Rob and Yarfi, top notch
