Kendon (#7837) from Roto-Rooter was great, responded quickly, gave a fair and accurate estimate, showed up on time, did a high quality and efficient replacement of an outdoor water spigot which involved cutting into the wall and installing a new part. Highly recommend and would call again.

From my first phone call with Christine (from the Arizona Call Center), I had the most amazing, stress free, and honest experience. Christine is what I call, a brand ambassador to teach future representatives, customer service training, the history and mission statement of the business, and an example of possibilities of something that works - Just right. To make a long story short, my time of need came right, smack, dab in the middle of my upcoming surgery. Christine worked with me, but then after pre-op surgery appointments, one thing ran into the other and I ran through a maze to reconnect. I met, Ann (Supervisor), an equally lovely supervisor that offered to step in for Christine, but after I shared my wonderful and unsurpassed connection to Christine, Ann was most gracious and promised to connect me with Christine. I even shared with Ann, a previous call I made in an attempt to connect with Christine. I mentioned that much to my regret, had that been my first call with that representative, I would have never selected Roto-Rooter. With surgery at the heel of the 11th hour, an appointment was secured. We met with a lovely technician by the name of Dwight. A very pleasant, down to earth and knowledgeable technician! He made the repair, and he was very neat and answered all of our questions. And, while the price was a bit beyond, what my budget would easily allow, I bit the bullet, given the 1 year warranty that covers any repair connected to the work done. A day, or two later, we noticed something that needed a little tweak and rest assured, and without a snag, or hint of an unpleasant attitude, Dwight answered out SOS, without a hitch! Now, that is service! Thank you, all, for a very pleasant experience! And please, please be sure to give due consideration to Christine, Amy and Dwight for there collective service and for upholding the Roto-Rooter Mission of quality service - even after all of these years, that frame your famous slogan. I had a leaky shower fixture on Sunday afternoon before a 15+ inch snowstorm was due later that day. I called my usual local plumber and did not get an answer. I called this number and was connected to the Roto-Rooter national number at 12:30 and by 2:30 someone was here. Kendon diagnosed the problem, went to get a replacement fixture, and installed it by 4:00 (it had already started snowing). The price was a little on the high side but I clicked on "reasonable price" due to extenuating circumstances. If someone hadn't come then, I probably could not have gotten anyone before Tuesday at the earliest, and that would have been bad for my water bill.
