So happy with the service! Ismet and Ibrahim came to clean our drain line and were both professional, friendly, and explained the work needed to be done. Great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Ben. I placed the call at around 10:30am within the hour Ben arrived. He was very professional and straightforward. He unclogged my toilet in 15 minutes. Thank you very much for the quick service.

I had a leaking pipe in my boiler room and contained it quickly until Roto router showed up. They arrived and quoted a price I didn't have at the time, A "supervisor came to see if I can file an insurance claim. I thought it was to get the pipe fixed instead he advise me to open up a claim for water mitigation and my pipe would get fixed in the process. Needless to say thats not what happened. No PIPE was fixed and my insurance was charged. Fast forward the check came from the insurance company and Roto router called me for payment. I.spoke with General Manager Jon Cisco and I explained to him what happened and he apologized for what happened and asked me if the pipe ever get fixed. Fortunately I had jusr got it fixed. Mr.Jon Cisco asked if there was any other plumbing problem I had and I said yes.. I told him about it and he sent someone over right away and fix the problem free of charge! I was so grateful that we still have honest Managers who honors their customer service and help solve an issue of unjust workers. I appreciate this and the employees who do great work and not mislead their customers. Thank you for being a great man and manager!!! I would definitely continue to use roto rooter!

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. The team—Michael, Ahmad, and Kerim—were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting to work. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right without cutting any corners. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how respectful they were of the property—everything was left clean and in perfect condition.
