They were very responsive, customer service was extraordinarily good. The plumbers who came were clearly experts and adeptly managed a job that became more complicated as it went along. They were very respectful and proficient; I would recommend them without reservation for even the most complex plumbing problems. I was relieved and delighted to find a plumbing company who can be trusted.

On 6/4/26, Sam installed a kitchen faucet for me and he did a great job. Neat and clean job, while he explained what needed to be said. His helper was also pleasant and professional. I will hire them again if needed.

The staff (manager Catherine & plumbers Michael) was really great although the plumber did not come prepared with replacement isolation valves as he should have, which cost me an extra hour and a half while he went out to procure it. The price was totally fair and I was not charged for this extra time. I recommend them despite this mess-up!

I called for a leaking water heater. Technician can next day! They were very professional, explain exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. The technician gave me a couple of options and help me out to the process. They accommodate me and reschedule to came when the water heater unit get to my house. They were upfront with pricing and I pay exactly what I quoted. Highly recommend.

Quix Plumbing was a great find. They worked with me on a bathroom remodel. Corey and Sylvester were so helpful throughout the process.
