Man, I miss this place. As a kid, I remember getting out of school or being on break and coming here all the time. To this day, they still have one of the best BBQ pizzas I’ve ever had. No exaggeration, it’s hands down one of the best pizza spots around. I wish I lived in New York sometimes because the food scene is just on another level. The pizza, the variety, everything is amazing. The last time I went back to New York, I stopped here and grabbed a slice. It was only $4, and honestly, with how good it was, they could’ve charged me $10 and I still would’ve bought it. My only regret is not getting another slice before I left. There will always be competition when it comes to pizza, but this place will always be one of my favorites. The food is incredible, and I also remember the owner being such a kind and welcoming person. Great people, great memories, and amazing pizza.

Just had the WORST experience. I work across the street and usually I have a pleasant experience, I sit for lunch the food is always good. Today !! I specifically asked for a Vodka Slice and a Chicken Caesar Slice (there were no regular slices or pepperoni slices available) to stay like I usually do. Juan who was completely distracted while taking my order, put the wrong 2 slices in the oven. When the other gentleman brought the slices over to me. I told him I’ll take the chicken Caesar but I ordered a vodka slice, he said okay no problem. I sat and waited about 20 min for the Vodka slice, it never came. No one ever said anything else to me and when I looked there were no vodka slices available. I paid for the chicken Caesar with the gentleman who bought the slices to me. As I’m walking out the door Juan, who said absolutely nothing to me, even after my order was wrong, decides to scream across the room (in front of a restaurant full of people “miss, you didn’t pay” …. Like the actual nerve !! After he got my order wrong, didn’t correct it, no apology and paid me no attention for the entire 30 min I was there, to accuse me on the way out of not paying is insanity. Screaming across the room for $5 like excuse me ?

Chicken roll was not passable, with dry flavorless pieces of chicken. The roll wasn’t even fresh and was taken out of the fridge - meaning they aren’t moving them fast enough to leave any out (a bad sign on a busy street). Seating area wasn’t cleaned recently, and service wasn’t the most polite either. Not a great experience.

Me and my daughter are visiting from out of town and wanted to try some NYC pizza joints. Our opinion of this joint is OK. Our opinion is as follows, we both agreed that their is not enough cheese on the pizza, the sauce was a bit watered down for our liking and the 1st bite just seemed bland to us. This seems like a busy place. This is just our opinion as the pizza was not bad, but also not as good as we experienced. Nice little spot if you want to grab a quick bite and hospitality was great and pleasant...

The Chicken Parmigian platter was filling and okay. Felt that they held back on the Mozarella cheese, and the chicken portion was okay, too. It's not a bad place to eat a chicken parm dinner.
