For 2 days Petri plumbers worked for hours on my plumbing problems, Melik, Bijorn and Isaiah Hopkins. Melik has eagle eyes, Bijorn a great helper. Isaiah has the instincts of a family of plumbers. All tasks were completed and Chris Petri was very aprochable.

Faizon was absolutely incredible from start to finish. After my original water heater unexpectedly broke down and leaked, he came in, carefully assessed and explained the situation clearly, and was so attentive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to, and he made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. The installation was smooth, efficient, and done with real attention to detail. Petri is top notch!! Thanks to George and Mike for the great work they did on my boiler in Brooklyn. First they came out to do a thorough assessment of the boiler and system in general. Then they returned later in the week to replace the pipes and valves that needed to be fixed. They were knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Great Job!
