I had a craving for pizza and came across this place during my commute in Bay Ridge. I tried the Chicken Parm slice and it was amazing, you can taste the flavor of the wooden oven. I will be back to try other things on the menu. I have to say it’s one of the top 10 best pizza spots in NYC.

I eat inside this place at least 4 days out of the week. From a wide selection of wood fire pizza this place goes beyond the regular slice. He customizes a cheeseburger with mozzarella cheese and put it on his homemade bread all the time for me. When it’s cold, he has a variety of soups and one of my favorite is the homemade chicken noodle. People are throwing parties in here on a regular basis with his selections of pizza, pasta, and seafood dishes as well. You want a good place to cater food . He makes suggestions that worked out great. I brought a whole bunch of food to a beach cabana and everybody loved it. IN MAY 2026, THEY WON A PIZZA CONTENT. NOW WE ALL KNOW THAT HE HAS MANY DELICIOUS SLICES, BUT WHICH ONE STOOD OUT FROM THE REST. THE SPICY VODKA SQUARE.

Went here after work to get a slice and was very impressed. The ambience of the place is spacious and has a feel of a real Italian pizzeria mixed with a rustic homey feel. A fish tank and nice vintage looking decor on the wall. The service was friendly and attentive. The gentleman behind the counter explained what was in each pie I asked about. I got my 2 slices within 5 min and the price was very fair for the quality you get. I got a grandmas slice and a white slice. The Dough was perfectly crunchy with a great taste and the pizzas were very cheesy and fresh full of flavor. I paid $9 total for 2 authentic fresh gourmet style slices. Definitely highly recommended.

Mancini’s Wood Fired Pizza in Bay Ridge is the real deal. This is not hype, this is execution. From the first look, you already know what you are getting into. Beautiful crust, perfectly charred from the wood fire, with that balance of crisp on the outside and soft, airy inside. The kind of slice you fold without even thinking. But the flavor is what separates it. The sauce is bright, rich, and perfectly layered. Not too sweet, not too acidic, just clean and bold. The cheese is fresh, melted just right, and ties everything together without overpowering the slice. And then the pesto. That drizzle of pesto sauce takes it to another level. It adds depth, freshness, and a slightly herbal kick that cuts through the richness perfectly. It is not gimmicky, it belongs there. It elevates the entire slice. Every bite is balanced. Sauce, cheese, crust, pesto. Nothing fighting, everything working together. This is the kind of place that reminds you why New York pizza is untouchable when it is done right. No shortcuts. No nonsense. Just quality. Mancini’s is not just good for Bay Ridge. It stands up anywhere.

What good pizza! You can taste the wood fire on the crust. Sauce is smooth, how I like it (not lumpy), and non-acidic. Staff is motivated and top notch. Atmosphere is joyful and busy! I always look forward to eating-in there. High recommendation!
