We had the best experience here with our 2-year-old. Ali was amazing and listened to exactly what we wanted from the haircut, and also had an incredibly calm presence and way with our son that kept him quiet and content the entire cut. This was our first time at LET — we've had some rough experiences with the baby's haircut, both in terms of results and customer service, at other salons in the area, but this was totally different. We will be back and can't recommend Ali enough!

If you have a pixie cut do not go to Ray. He completely disregarded the pictures I showed him at the beginning of the appointment and did whatever he wanted to do, which left me with an uneven and awful looking (shorter in the back, uneven longer fringe in the front) haircut. I almost buzzed it all off when I got home. Worst part is that the inspo picture wasn’t much different from my haircut at the time and I just needed a little trim and shaping. I was too shocked to even say anything 🤦🏼♀️. First time ever Reddit steered me wrong. Needless to say I definitely won’t be going back.

I'm not the reviewing kind, but I do feel inclined to share my love for this place. Masako is truly the best. Super attentive, learned how I like my hair, and it's been perfect every single time. The whole staff is so kind as well, and I always feel welcome when I come in. I used to dread haircuts and now I look forward to each visit

I think I can say I've finally found my go-to place after years of trying different barbershops and hair salons in Brooklyn. This place offers more than just a haircut – the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes each visit a pleasure. Ray has been my stylist for my thick curly hair, and his careful and sensitive touch, along with his attentiveness and genuine care, make all the difference. Oh and they offer free drinks!
