We waited about 5–10 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The open kitchen was a nice touch—you can watch them making the pizza dough fresh. We ordered the Burrata Pizza, Fig Jam & Bacon Pizza, Mushroom Pizza, and New Yorker Pizza, and every single one was delicious. My personal favorites were the Burrata and the Mushroom pizzas. The crust was just right—crispy, well-baked, and not too thick or too thin. If you like a hint of sweetness, I highly recommend adding a drizzle of hot honey. It balances the saltiness of the pizza perfectly. We also tried the sea salt ice cream. It was exactly what I expected—tasty, though not anything particularly unique. For dessert, we had the tiramisu. It had a pretty strong coffee flavor, which paired really well with a café latte. Overall, we had a great experience. The food was excellent, and a 5–10 minute wait was definitely worth it!

Will keep it simple: the best pizza I have ever had. Bar none. Period. The Burrata and the New Yorker were absolutely amazing and you can taste the quality/freshness of all the ingredients. This is a must visit if you are in NYC, let alone Brooklyn. Great customer service too. Pizza comes pretty quick and there was no wait since I went during the week. All in all, this is terrific and no other pizza comes close. Especially in this area.

Can be a bit packed (I stopped by on a Wednesday around 2p), but the pizza is yummy 😋 I ordered the L'industrie Slice and was very satisfied. Great flavor and texture. Perfect for a quick bite. I visited from DC after hearing about it from my hair stylist, who has friends/family in Williamsburg. It's now one of my future go-tos, whenever I visit Brooklyn again!

Such an amazing pizza place, that has one of the best slices I've had in New York so far! We came here on a rainy Sunday lunchtime, and the place was packed with people. Still, the service was kind and welcoming, as well as it was much faster than I thought and we received our food quite fast. We had a classic pepperoni slice (very well made, but nothing too special about it), and their fig jam & bacon slice. I knew that the fig jam & bacon would fit really good, but it wasn't until I had my first bite into it that I realized this combination was absolutely genius! The sweetness of the jam and the crispy bacon bites, along with the ricotta cheese dollops created the perfect bite, and we basically blinked and the entire slice was gone. We immediately looked at each other, and not a second has passed before we were already back in the line to order another slice of this heavenly pizza. If you're in Brooklyn and looking for a high quality pizza with an original selection of flavors, this place has to be the best option!

Easily the best pizza I have ever had. Every slice was like a slice of life. Past that be ready to wait in line, sta d while eating, and make plans to have a second visit. We ordered several different slices but overall the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The pepperoni, cheese, sauce, and dough all stood out. Yhe texture hit a level unmatched. Crispy pepperonis and the crust and dough were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This is worth the wait and money and the works there are nice which is another cherry on top
