My family recently worked with Nick Khalifeh and the team at Khalifeh & Strupinsky on the sale of our New York investment property and a 1031 exchange into a property in Los Angeles. Throughout the process, Nick was knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer our questions. Nick created a Revocable Trust for us and included all the documents they could need in the future. We left their office at ease and my parents were very happy.
