Incredible service. I was leaving town in a hurry and they were able to meet my pet on a Sunday afternoon to gather notes and create a profile for her. The employees I was assigned were great and sent me updates and photos for each day. Going to use them again for sure!

I have had an incredible experience with Jordan’s Pet Care. I absolutely will be using them again when I travel. They took care of my two cats while I was away for two weeks—— very professional, easy to communicate with all the caregivers, everyone was so caring and reliable. Jordan's Pet Care is amazing---very professional, communicative, and (most importantly) amazing with dogs. The adminstrative team always responds to messages and requests in a timely manner and the walkers are some of the best in the business. I always knew that my dog was in excellent care with her Jordan's walkers---she also always had a blast. Jordan's walkers truly went above and beyond in caring for my dog and making sure that each walk was special and safe. I cannot recommend Jordan's enough!

I can't say enough good things about Jordan's Pet care and how well they take care of my pup Gumbo. From the start, they have been super responsive, patient, and kind with a first time puppy mom, and I'm grateful. Gumbo loves her walker Jack, and I swear she is smiling in every update I receive when she is with him. I love their app, ease of scheduling and canceling visits, and prompt replies to my questions. Highly, highly recommended!

We are very happy with Jordan’s Pet Care! Our dogs absolutely adore our regular dog walker. We have even used Jordan’s while we were away for ten days. Our trip out of town was made even better knowing our dogs were at home with our trusted walker/sitter and we loved getting updates and photos every day. I would happily recommend Jordan’s (and our regular dog walker in particular) to anyone looking for loving care for their pets.
