It was my first time at Indian Table. We sat in the back patio. Our table was in the far end of the restaurant (near some foliage) and we quickly were surrounded by mosquitos. So we moved closer to the open area and it was totally fine there. Our waiter was nice and polite. The food came quickly (chicken tikka masala - very creamy and good amount of chicken, an a goat dish - spicy but my friend liked it. Lots of small bones though). The patio is quiet and relaxing. No loud music to disturb a conversation. That was a nice break from the constant noise from the streets. My only complaint is that most dishes are about $30, which i think is too much compared to other similar restaurants I've been too where dishes are between $20-$25 and just as good. I really wish Indian Table would rethink their prices to make it my go-to.

We had a great family dinner here after our courthouse wedding and it was so special and memorable! We really appreciated how the kitchen accommodated everyone's dietary restrictions (our party had vegans, vegetarians, and people with allergies!) and the service was amazing! We were seated in the backyard patio which has impeccable vibes, and the food and drinks were delicious! We will certainly be back again for future visits and would definitely recommend Indian Table for celebrating special occasions!

We recently hosted our Babyshower here and the Indian Table team did a great job. The food and the service were both great. They also helped us a lot with the set-up and other logistics (truly grateful!!!). Also, they are reasonably priced compared to what other places were charging in the area. Highly recommend if you are considering hosting an event here.

Indian Table — Cobble Hill’s Crown Jewel There is a moment in every foodie’s life when a single dish stops you cold in your tracks…and makes you wonder how you are gonna go on once you’ve crossed that delicious threshold. Mine happened on Court Street over a bowl of butter chicken. The Lunch Tiffin format is wonderful—a curated sampling of smaller portions that lets the kitchen show off. I started with the Lasuni Gobi, crispy cauliflower florets tossed in a garlic tomato sauce that was flat out decadent. Then came the Classic Butter Chicken, pulled tandoori chicken in a creamy tomato fenugreek sauce, and I need to be very clear about something: this might have been, nope, it was absolutely the best butter chicken I have ever had. 🙌🏻 It activated my taste buds in a way I cannot fully explain nor will I try to. Simply ambrosia. Food of the gods. Savory butter naan, white jasmine rice, a Mango Lassi, and a small fried donut dipped in sauce to close. Chef Eric McCarthy, seven Michelin awards deep, is clearly standing on business and bringing his A-game. Cobble Hill is now absolutely on rotation…for eternity.
