If you’re looking for a top-notch plumber who goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Tom from Einstein’s highly enough! Recently, I had the pleasure of working with him to replace my ancient furnace from 1965, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he takes immense pride in his work. He explained the entire process with patience and expertise, ensuring I understood what needed to be done. His passion for plumbing really shone through during our conversations, making it a genuine pleasure to discuss the intricacies of the job. Not only did he expertly install the new furnace, but he also made sure it was running effectively throughout the house, optimizing the heating for maximum comfort. I noticed a significant difference in the warmth of my home almost immediately! What truly impressed me was how tidy he kept everything during the installation. He took great care to protect my floors and cleaned up meticulously afterward, leaving my space as neat as he found it. Overall, Tom is a professional who combines skill, knowledge, and a wonderful attitude. If you need plumbing services, definitely reach out to him—you won’t be disappointed!

Does not honor appointments, nor a courtesy call to let you know they are not coming. Wasted multiple days waiting for appointments that never came. Also overcharge for the simplest of jobs. Use a company that values your time and business, stay away! I Defintely booked with Einstein plumbing, you guys gave me a time frame, never came! Had to call your secretary/assistant and she had no idea that I was left high and dry, rescheduled and same thing happened again.

BEWARE!! This is one of the most unprofessional and incompetent companies!!! They have no accountability for their work, no respect for their customers, and they try to vastly up-charge for services. Let's just start with the fact that they don't show up for multiple service call appointments made (as in, at least 2-3 made in advance for one service). And when you call their office, the secretary tells you one thing and the owner tells you something altogether different. And when you follow up after they don't show up within the given timeframes, after sitting at home almost all day for multiple appointments made, Joe the owner is completely disrespectful saying he would never come for the job you have lined up, as if it's beneath him, and he was never even planning on coming for the appointments HIS SECRETARY set up MULTIPLE TIMES. Not to mention the secretary also makes assurances, prior to, that as an existing customer, service fees aren't higher on the weekend/evenings, nor is there a diagnostic fee to look at a job. Yet when speaking with the owner (after waiting for days for him to show up for a job), and noting how many missed appointments and time how much time he's wasted of the customer's, he decides to be cute, saying it would be 3x the amount that it normally would be for him to even come for the job, and couldn't even come the day scheduled. Then to have him be insulting and hang up the phone, to top it off. No professionalism. No respect. Not to mention their basic maintenance work is subpar, and messy at that. Chemicals from boiler maintenance spilled on a wood floor, damaging property and taking no responsibility when addressed by the customer, claiming it wasn't them, yet property wasn't damaged prior to their visit. Hire a company that stands by their work and values their customers, and avoid this company at ALL costs!!!

Had a great experience with Einstein! As a first time homeowner, it is so hard when something breaks and you don't know who to call. Einstein is incredibly responsive, punctual and helpful. They even send you SMS to confirm what time your appointments are and when their techs are arriving (shockingly rare compared to other companies!). The technician who helped us with our kitchen drain leak was mannerly, neat, and thorough. Will definitely be using Einstein again!
