This studio is extremely racist, and I am writing this as a white woman who has witnessed it with my own eyes. I usually take classes with my neighbor, who is African American, and I have repeatedly watched her be disregarded by multiple instructors. The most recent incident was the final straw. Her card was clearly flipped up to show that she needed help with adjustments. Before anyone tries to lie about that, yes, her card was up. I watched the instructor go around the room helping and adjusting other students, but when they came near her, they would lower their head, avoid looking at her, and walk right past her so they could blatantly ignore her form. I was so frustrated and disgusted by what I was witnessing that I left the class early. There is also no one at the studio to speak to directly because even the manager, Fiona, is racist. Again, I have seen it with my own eyes. This is not based on one misunderstanding or one bad interaction. I have watched this happen repeatedly with different members of the staff. I told my neighbor that she should speak with a lawyer, and I sincerely hope she takes legal action against this studio. I am writing this in the hope that the owner sees it and finally does something, although I have serious doubts when so many members of the staff appear comfortable treating her this way. I will not stay silent while watching a woman repeatedly ignored, disrespected, and treated differently from everyone around her.

Love the studio, so inclusive and full of diversity. The instructors are all so sweet and welcoming. A very pleasant space. I love going there; such a safe community to be in.

I have been coming here for a bit and I generally really like it. It’s not necessarily a studio to come to for deep practice, but it’s a good and consistent workout particularly the sculpt classes. My biggest gripe with this studio is simply that they overpack the classes. We pay way too much money, particularly if you go unlimited, to be stuffed into your spot to the point where you can’t even fully extend your body without encroaching severely on someone else’s space. The 6:45/6:15 weeknight sculpt classes might be the worst offender for this. All that said, I would die for Tyler R who teaches at this location a couple times a week (he can be found elsewhere in the city different days).

Had three yoga sessions through the free week and had a great experience here. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, the instructors are clear and competent. The classes are easy to follow even for beginners. Yoga mats are $4 for rent and towels are $2 for rent, which I think is reasonable price. They sanitize and dry the yoga mats after each use. They have lockers you can use to store your belongings and the bathroom and shower room are clean. Great place for yoga.
