My experience with consider it done plumbing was phenomenal. I had an issue with my sump pump and Chris offered as much assistance over the phone as he could, instructing me to send photos and walking me through how to test it out. I decided to have it replaced. Iggy and Adan did the job perfectly. They were very kind and professional and explained things to me very well, showing me how to access the float, testing it infront of me, etc. They also kept the area clean which I also really appreciated. Not only that, I was having an issue with my kitchen faucet not having hot water and they fixed it free of charge. They truly went above and beyond and earned a customer for life.

I ordered an automatic toto toilet, and they sent over 2 guys to install it. It took way longer than expected because some of the parts didn't match up with my system. But they were able to problem solve quickly and got the job done. Fantastic workers and super super nice on top of all of that. would 100% hire again.

CID are true professionals. We had a challenging sink replacement and new faucet installation and they were prompt, attentive, reasonably priced and completed the job. The installation was made even harder due to a manufacturer error and a faucet-kit missing parts (twice). But Chris and the team were undeterred and came back three times to ensure everything was installed correctly, and we now have an amazing new single basin undermount sink and pull down faucet. We recommend using CID for any plumbing needs and will use them again ourselves.
