Napoleon and his team are amazing. I've just started working with them to walk my baby boy, Ruckus and I couldn't be happier. He is a timid boy and Kevon, his walker, asked a lot of questions to make sure Ruckus would be comfortable and gives him treats. They give me a full update on the walk time and his pee / poop history at the end of every walk. As a detail oriented person, I really appreciate these things :) My schedule has been a bit challenging for me and Napoleon has been happy to accommodate me through it all. I can't recommend them enough. Excited to keep working with Brooklyn Family Dog Walker for walking and boarding needs to come!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Brooklyn Family Dog Walker. Their professionalism, communication, reliability, and very reasonable pricing are truly exceptional. As someone who works in the city, it’s incredibly important for me to have a dog walking service I can depend on so I can focus on my work without worrying about my dogs—and they’ve been exactly that. My dogs are larger pups (pitbull breeds) with some anxiety and reactivity, so I’m very careful about who I trust with them. Brooklyn Family Dog Walker clearly has extensive experience with bigger dogs and understands how to handle them safely and confidently. I’ve never had a single issue while they’ve been in their care, which gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing both my dogs and the people around them are safe. The care they show my dogs is obvious. After every walk I get tons of photos, and my pups are always grinning ear to ear. They genuinely look like they’re having the best time. Honestly, this is the happiest I’ve ever seen my dogs with a walker. We impulsively adopted a new puppy to return some happiness to our home after our older dog passed away. We quickly realized we needed to find a dog walker to help us with her more frequent potty breaks. I’ve never been more thankful for this google maps business find. Napoleon has always been extremely responsive — from our first outreach a month ago to now. He matched us with an amazing dog walker, Stevie, who is without question, our dog’s favorite human being. We receive photos and videos of her time with him after every walk. Stevie also sends a friendly courtesy text 10 minutes before his arrival for each walk. I could say a million positive things about them both — I cannot recommend this team more.
