I have a Navien NCB-series boiler, and not many companies have the expertise to diagnose and repair its technical issues properly. This company was outstanding—they quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. Their technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I was very impressed with their expertise, responsiveness, and quality of work. Highly recommended.

Always thorough job. Hard to get sometimes and seems over priced at times but excellent service. They are busy and expensive for a reason. Never truly regrettable. Utilized for local home repairs and maintenance of plumbing and equipment for years. Absolutely not a scammer in trying to maximize a sale but legit and reliable. Clear, law abiding and licensed. They have done just about everything for us from gas line repairs, water heater replacement to boiler maintenance. Every job to perfection. Thank you Mike and crew.

We are so happy with Above & Beyond Plumbing. Mike was thorough and professional, and was able to fix a huge ongoing issue we’ve had multiple companies assess and not be able to solve- wall hung toilets poorly installed and pulling from the walls. His team was great, and we are so relieved to have finally resolved this. They were flexible and made themselves available to fix this very quickly. Truly couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be using them for any other issues we have, as well as recommending them.

Replaced a cracked boiler head. All questions were answered. Was completed in 2 days like promised. The fact that they are 24 hour service helps. All I care about is having a reliable steam boiler installed and it lasting.

Mike did an awesome job fixing up our Navien water heater installation. He was very thorough walking through the changes he needed to make and even offered to help navigate some conversations with Navien themselves for future warranty concerns. Plus, he was nice to our dog, which I always appreciate. I’ll come back to Above and Beyond for any future plumbing needs.
